Had two appointments on the same day for blood test and blood pressure because the blood nurse couldn’t do the blood pressure which seems a bit silky and a waste of another appointment. Surely a nurse can take a 2 min blood oressure

I rarely submit feedback generally, but felt the need to compliment Dr Zara Jawad. I have been feeling pretty hopeless about a current issue I'm experiencing, my appointments with her so far have just been so reassuring, she has instilled hope for me and she should be commended for her thorough and compassionate care she has provided. The surgery are lucky to have her!

I want to say a huge thank you to Dr Sawyer for his care for my Uncle, following a telephone call with me he came out to visit. I witnessed GP patient contact and care at its very best and cannot express my thanks enough.

I cannot thank Speldhurst Surgery enough all the staff are caring and helpful. I am caring for a relative with dementia and other issues. I called out a GP who could not have been kinder or more thorough. Whenever I’ve needed help with this extremely stressful & difficult situation it has been forthcoming. My grateful thanks to all at the surgery.

Having left a negative review about the new call system at Greggswood I think it only fair that I feedback a more positive review. I was advised to apply for an E consultation as no appointments were available. Whilst the form was a bit repetitive and frustrating, within a couple of hours I received a call to arrange an E consultation with the GP of my choice. The receptionist was polite and understanding. I’m sure this will lead to a resolution for my health issue. My thanks to the team. You are appreciated! Always helpful, always professional. It’s the NHS system that is the problem.

Too often people make complaints and don't report positive experiences. The team at Speldhurst have been brilliant since I've joined. Dr Sophie Rambahar is the best doctor I've ever dealt with, genuinely caring and thorough, always following up on appointments. The phlebotomist was brilliant, I have a fear of needles and she was fantastic, patient and reassuring throughout the stressful process and the receptionists are the most approachable, friendly and professional I have come across. I haven't been in the area long but I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

I have been attending the practice at The Old Bakery, Speldhurst and have been very well looked after, especially since I have been quite unwell recently. The staff operating the phones have been fantastic, and very nice to me when I have attended the surgery for blood tests or to see the doctor. They are so kind, thank you. The phlebotomists have also been very professional and helpful, and I have been looked after by different Doctors either on the phone or face to face. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough and I am extremely grateful to all concerned for my excellent care.
