I have been trying to get an apointment to see the doctor for the past 2 weeks but every time I call at 8 in the morning the answering machine tells me they are experiencing high call volume and I have to call some other time. Really frustrated as I’m not feeling well. Can’t go to A&E as I will be referred back to my GP but it’s impossible to see the GP. Wonder why they are taking new patients.

You're told to call 8am the next morning for appointments. When you call at 8am you're told there are no appointments. Impossible to speak to a doctor. I'm disgusted they're taking on new patients when they cannot support the patients they already have.
