   I’ve only been with the practice a few years. When I started going there the receptionist could be quite rude sometimes, it could be difficult to get an appointment and there was little flexibility. However, something feels like it has changed in the past 6-9 months. The new phone system has helped and it’s now much easier to speak to someone. We’ve also been able to get same day appointments easily as a family when needed and appropriate technology has been used efficiently- phone/video and in-person appointments as we’ve needed. Additionally, every interaction with reception has been quite pleasant recently and they’ve been really quick to deal with. The nurses and doctors are the same ones we’ve always seen - but they’ve always been really friendly and great anyway. Quite happy with this doctors now and now the best one I’ve been registered with.
