Went in for a blood test. After having told the nurse that I have a fear of needles, she was very caring and put my mind at ease. She never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable and I appreciate her very much.

Went for my health check today and the wait time was very good no problems at all. I do recommend people over 40 to have the health check as soon as possible thank you

The doctor was very kind whilst doing what she needed to do, she was also very informative in telling what I should do next after the appointment.

I needed to see a GP so I rang the Practice in the morning.The person on the phone was helpful and listened to my issue and gave me an appointment for the afternoon on the same day. I went to the appointment and the Dr was excellent in treating me.I was happy with the service I got

Such a friendly and caring bunch of GPs and staff members, clean and tidy practice and easy to access and so helpful and they'll provide important information and support when and wherever needed. When I needed to get my annual blood tests and I was anxious due to not being too fond of injections, the GP calmed and reassured me and even explained as, to what the blood test is for, what it covered and any other relevant information needed, which was super helpful and reassuring.

I reached out in the mid-morning/afternoon to arrange an appointment due to significant pain and discomfort. I felt truly listened to and was promptly given an appointment with a doctor, rather than being directed to contact 111 or go to A&E. The doctor I saw was exceptional; her comforting demeanor and strong communication skills encouraged me to share my concerns openly. She advised me to return if I needed further assistance, which was incredibly reassuring for me.

Great practice where not only the gp’s but the reception staff go above and beyond to help you with any health care concerns. Friendly approachable staff who built a relationship with you as an individual. I came in with my 6week old son with concerns, reception helped me make an appointment as soon as possible and the gp was very understanding and supportive with my concerns.

I have taken my mum on several appointments to the doctors.And each time they thoroughly examined her giving her the atmost care she needed.And when needed to go hospital promptly done,emailed hospital so no need to wait in emergency,they already have all the info so promptly seen to.
