I went to see my GP recently and they treated me with respect and patience. Checked for all my medical concerns. Requested I have blood tests done asap and arranged for the surgery reception to sms me times and dates. I find all the staff of all skills and grades are fine with me. I appreciate everything they do for me and my family. God bless the NHS

You are heard and understood with empathy. Support is given when needed. Never an appointment tht ends in disappointment.

Rang to book for doctors appointment at 8am seen doctor same day and fitted me in for blood test saved me lot of time as im working
