The receptionist was so kind I’m not even with the surgery but she helped me and went beyond her job role to help . Such a lovely lady thanks a credit to the practice I hope she gets this review and knows it’s for her T

Tuesday morning, I attended the surgery in person at 8:10 am and requested a GP appointment having tried to fix myself for 5 days. I was given a face to face appointment with the Dr for 9am and was in the chemist next door collecting my prescription at 09:15. Polite professional receptionist, thorough examination, and empathetic response by the GP. Thank you great service. I don't often need to attend the surgery thankfully, but I was grateful for your help this morning. ( I do know the names of both but the Reception and GP but this site stated they don't use the review if the persons are identified)
