   Left waiting over 45 mins passed the appointment time, with no explanation or even a “sorry for your wait” I know GP’s are busy but it’s crazy how they expect patients to just wait, we actually have lives and this happens time and time again at this GP surgery, whether it’s a GP appointment or a Nurse appointment, appointment times need to be adjusted instead of just booking multiple slots that constantly over run

   Hello. I am sorry you felt that you had to give this review. In order for us to investigate the problem, please will you contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager? We will then investigate what went wrong on this occassion Thank you
