  1. Review titled Somewhere over the rainbow

Rated 1 star out of 5

Trying to get an appointment is painful and will drain your phone battery dead. No message to say you are 936th in line. Just a ring tone that goes on for eternity, with occasional tone changes to suggest your call has been switch to somewhere abroad, Mozambique or Tahiti perhaps. I have spent the last three mornings in this strange one sided game while my son gets sicker each day. Please do something with you phone system to let people know you are there or not, closed, busy, on lunch break or on holiday in Tahiti.

  2. Review titled Over an hour wait :(

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I took my elderly Mum to an appointment here, receptionist was friendly and helpful but we waited over an hour to be seen which is absolutely unacceptable and more-so when someone has an aversion to medical settings. The specialist who we saw was quite blunt when I asked her why my Mums appointment was over an hour late. Quite unprofessional.

  3. Review titled Fantastic service at a time when GPs get bad press

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have recently had two interactions with the surgery. Both were excellent. Very easy to get through to reception. Very polite receptionist and a quick turnaround to speak to a Doctor, who actually listened and took time to understand my concerns. Very refreshing considering all of the negative press that under pressure surgeries are currently experiencing. Highly recommended and very much appreciated.

  4. Review titled Dermatology department.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I saw a dermatologist June 2022 about my skin condition called hidradenitis Suppurativa and she thought that antibiotics would cure it (completely incorrect but I'll over look lack of knowledge not many people are educated in hs it's very specialist) she prescribed some lotions, a wash and a 4 month course of antibiotics and sent me off to get bloods done and said that we'll assess at the follow up appointment. Well it's been 7 months since my appointment and no follow up? Obviously the 4 months of antibiotics have ran out (not that they worked anyway) and now I'm left waiting in absolute agony with this skin condition and 0 treatment. Don't get fobbed off and forgotten like me.
