   If the doctors took time to actually read the information about a patient that has been sent to them, then maybe people would be less angry with there so called service. Mums death still cannot be registered as the doctor read the information incorrectly so has done nothing about authorising her death and sending the paperwork off to register so I can officially register her death. I’m actually fuming!!!! It’s stressful enough having to deal with this, and now I’ve the added stress of a doctor who obviously does not read information sent to him properly. Which mean yet another day of not being able to arrange a funeral.
