  1. Review titled Excellent Surgery (Dr. Nabi & Staff)

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Recently I got an excellent service from this surgery. The reception team (ma lla & s hab nam) were really good and helpful. The Doctors were very helpful especially Dr. Nabi was so competent, caring and helpful. He was very well spoken and has years of experience. He took his time to speak to me and I couldn't ask for more friendly and down to earth doctor. The other doctors I have spoke to and are very good , helpful include the amazing Dr van e et & Dr k h an who are so helpful and make the whole doctors team at the surgery complete with their wealth of experience and knowledge. They all do an amazing job and I just like to say please keep up the good service and work. I had a very pleasant experience both on the phone and when I went in person so thank you for all the hard work.

  3. Review titled Strange Practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have joined this surgery in the latter part of last year. I was met firstly by a nurse who's initially question for me, was about my religion (red flag). I have not had much engagement since with this surgery since. I have submitted a request for a repeat prescription over a week now. I have also notified the receptionist that am out of my regular medication. She was reassuring and said "its with the GP." This has been a reoccurring theme for the last week with no action being taken. If basic patient care is not being met, should I worried about the competence of staff at this surgery?
