   I thought I had an infection on Sunday, was able to leave a message from the practice website. The nurse practitioner messaged back 8am Monday, I left a sample at 10:30, had a call back at 12:30 and picked up my antibiotics prescription at 12:50. No time wasted, brilliant professional service and patient care, thank you Highgate.
