    I spoke to two receptionists, one on Tuesday 16th and one on Friday 19th. Both were rude and hostile, unwilling to help. The receptionist on Friday morning hung up on me and had no patience whilst facing apparent signal issues. They were also incredibly patronising and spoke to me as if I did not understand English. They also did not take the time to understand the situation to better aid me. I feel incredibly let down and now stuck as they were the only port of call for my issue.

    We are sorry to hear your views. We have introduced a total triage model which is easy accessible by patient to all , contacting the practice for any queries and we have over 90% response rate within one hour of submission. Our staff receive regular training for dealing with patients and we receive positive response from majority of patients. Please write to our manager specifying member of staff concerned and we will investigate the issue

    I just had a phone call from the doctor(i forgot his name) we was talking about my smear test and he asked me why i dont want to do it and i said because its my choice and suddenly he just said ok thank you and he hang the phone on my face. He was talking as if he was judging me for not doing smear test and for not getting any conceseption. Its all my choice nobody can judge me for my choices. Im not happy with this doctor. He called me at 10.57 on 23.10.2023

    Thank you for your views. We checked consultation as per your review . The doctor has duty of care and in this case he was obliged to advise you on cervical smear as it is relevant to your condition . He was not judgemental but felt obliged to provide public health advice.
