    Never able to get an appointment should I be unfortunate enough to need one. Told to call each day at 8.30am or alternatively queue outside the surgery at 8 each morning to see if you can get an appointment. What provisions are there for those of us who work and can't sit for an hour on the phone. I've just been waiting for 40 mins and got to number 2 in the queue and then someone picked the phone up and cut me off!!!

    I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting to be seen. All the staff have gone home and it is now 6:45 pm. The cleaning staff are the only people here. The appointment was originally for yesterday but they cancelled 4 hours before my appointment my time.

    Rude & unhelpful receptionists who seem to triage you & then decide if you can see a doctor!! Awful place. To be fair the doctors are fine "when you can get to actually see one.
