Refused appointment by practise manager because apparently, they don’t see patients for certain problems when we have already seen the doctor for the same problem. Really! A gp should see to any problems specially if it’s external and then refer to relevant specialist. Now the problem is getting worse and I’m unable to see my gp but go a@e

I called today and Reception staff are misinformed about what children vaccines are available. They say varicella vaccines are not given in the country when they are. My daughter was refused an appointment.

I’ve been waiting for a scan on my elbow for approximately 3 months. They got the results back and said the doctor would call me to discuss. No phone call was received so I called them today and was told it would be another month for the doctor to view the results and call me back…….. Pathetic. This is causing me distress as I can’t use my arm properly and is affecting my work and I am unable to attend the gym which in turn affects my mental health.

It's not a first time to be dissapointed of this GP practice. I've been withing to get in touch with a doctor just to comment my blood result for 4 weeks. This is absurd and disrespectful to customers.

I cannot fault this practice they have been very responsive throughout covid. I was still able to see the nurse and GP. Today was just a BP check very quick service.

It took me a week to get a emergancy appointment. When I finally got one I was suppose to get antibiotics and they never got issued we are 4 days in and still not been signed off! The doctors have made no effort to even let me know or the receptionist made no effort to call back!
