Extremely curt reception staff who are abrupt and unhelpful Was told that there would be no appointments available for the nurse for weeks

It was with relief that I saw the GP within an hour of making the request; was diagnosed and treated then received a follow up call from the doctor a week later. As a relatively new resident of Leigh on Sea, I’ve greatly appreciated the helpfulness of all concerned, from receptionists to nurses to doctors! Thank you!

Had a telephone consultation today then went in to see the doctor, despite him being extremely busy with the bank holiday weekend coming up he took time explaining everything to me and I am so grateful for his care. Also a big thank you to the lovely staff at reception.
