I just like to say that I had an appointment at 10oclock yesterday I arrived at 9.45 in plenty of time The surgery has a policy that if you arrive ten minutes after your appointment time your appointment is cancelled I had to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time there was no reason given The point of an appointment is so people can arrange their lives The surgery thinks we have all the time in the world but we don't They need to be more organised

Tha lady doctor addressed all my concerns and was patient with me. She provided solutions to my health issues I complained to her. She was also compassionate. Nice doctor she's.

New lady doctor is an excellent addition to the team. She is informative and knowledgeable and has a lovely manner. She listened to my concerns and responded in a lovely manner.

I had the pleasure of taking my daughter to see the new female doctor, unfortunately she said she may only be staying for a couple of weeks and I cannot express enough how impressed we were with her approach and demeanour. My daughter, who is typically very shy and reserved, has been experiencing stomach pains for a while, and I was concerned about how she would handle the appointment. From the moment we walked into the office, Dr. made us feel welcome. She greeted us with a warm smile and immediately engaged my daughter in a way that put her at ease. Dr’ child-friendly approach was evident; she spoke softly and gently, making a genuine effort to connect with my daughter. It was clear that she understood the importance of making children feel comfortable in a medical setting. What truly stood out was how Dr. spoke directly to my daughter, empowering her and helping her feel in control of the conversation. By the end of the appointment, my daughter left feeling relaxed and reassured, which is a testament to Dr exceptional ability to connect with children. I wholeheartedly recommend this Dr. to any parent looking for a compassionate and skilled physician for their child. We definitely need more doctors like her who can approach pediatric care with such kindness and understanding. Thank you, Dr., for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive for both my daughter and me! And I hope you stay at our surgery you would have such a positive impact.

The reception staff are always courteous and professional always happy to help. On my last visit I asked the receptionist if my address had been change as I have moved she checked everything and confirmed it had all been done for me

I have arthritis in both my knees spoke to gp who suggested cortisone injections so have now had both done in-house and both knees are much better

I didn’t have appointment for blood test still kindly accommodated me for blood test, to void amother trip to surgery. Staff were friendly and kind.

I came in for a blood test 12/03/2025. Usually meet an older lady who is my favourite receptionist at the desk but she wasn’t there and the lovely lady I met sorted me out on prints even though I forgot mine at home. As well as, gave the all that was required for the other tests in record time for me to get back home in time to log on for work. The guy taking the blood was also very quick and on point. Thanks to the management for putting together, such an awesome, very polite and customer inclined team.
