I am so grateful for twice recently being seen on the same day that I went into the surgery, following allergic reactions to insect bites. Firstly by the understanding and helpfulness on the Reception desk, and then by the Practice Matron. Each time she was so lovely, caring, efficient and helpful - thank you!

I had an appointment I was extremely anxious about but the nurse I saw explained the procedure, put me completely at ease and was absolutely fantastic. They made the whole experience much better than I had expected it could be.

Over last 2 years, cant fault anything with this practise, always able to make appointment, email for advise on medications with rapid response and see a GP face to face. Staff always pleasant and would like to praise the NHS in all areas as well as surgery staff. Thank you.
