The receptionist I have spoken today morning and yesterday afternoon is extremely rude and unprofessional. I can’t get an appointment because of this lady. I have asked to speak with the manager but apparently management no available for 8 weeks (on sick leave). My friend called after me and she got appointment straight away!!!! This is how this lady helps people!!!!

Been coming to this surgery for over 25 years and always had the help and care from all the staff as well as doctors. Never let me down and they are very much appreciated by myself. Thank You
