I have always found my visits to the surgery to welcoming and helpful , when I phone the reception team always go above and beyond to help me with my enquiry and do their very best to help me. Fantastic

I have been with this Practice for nearly 80 years and have always found them to be friendly and helpful. I cannot speak too highly of them and give this Practice the highest recommendation.

I’ve been with this practice since about 1987. From doctors to nurses to friendly, helpful receptionists, I can’t fault anything. Not only is everyone warm and friendly, I find the doctors and nurses have been so very reliable. Everything is done with a personal, yet professional touch, and I wouldn’t want anything to change.

Julia Engwell Clinic is always accessible both through telephone calls and when you walk into the centre even without appointment. The staff always act in a polite manner, every professional, full attention is given to patients and all concerns dealt with accordingly.

While waiting in surgery 3 names called for appointments but the patients were not there,so those that complain about the difficulties of booking appointments need to take this into consideration before blaming the hard working reception staff!The doctors and staff here provide a Superb Service in such difficult circumstances, when you take into account the current situation within the NHS they all deserve medals,and our sincere thanks.
