Dr Bekas Is rude and has no manners. I saw him twice since I registered in this practice and in both occasions came across rudely, making me feeling stupid and inappropriate. Today I went because I have a painful cyst on my breast, and because I was discharged only couple of weeks ago from the breast clinic, and got removed a 5cm and a 4cm cysts, I thought that probably I should have seen again. He starts to talk to me with insufficiency and telling me that I was anxious and that at the breast centre only woman with cancer should go. How a GP could treat a patient like that?

I couldn't be happier with this surgery. The staff is always kind and eager to help. The doctor is extra safe and the paramedic lovely and extremely prepared. I was there recently for a nasty chest infection. I was given an appointment on the same day and can already see improvements!

All staffs are friendly and accomodating. They all seems very knowledgeable in their skills. The phlebotomist who took my blood whom I think is a Filipino was excellent. His hands are very light and didn't feel pain at all to mention that my veins are hard to find. The gp explains everything about my concern in my consultation. Will always bein this clinic no matter what. Cheers.

I couldn't be happier with this surgery. Everyone is always smiling and polite. The doctor is extra safe and I feel that our family's health is in good hands.

Being a comparatively new patient to this practice I found the receptionists were very helpful, and the Doctor was very attentive and thorough in his examination which put me at my ease. I would definetly recommend this surgery.
