  1. Review titled Poor Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 18 January 2024

I have attempted to contact the GP with regards help with my mental health. I could not get through in the morning as required, and when speaking with someone in the afternoon, I found her to be difficult, rude and would talk over you constantly. I have tried to seek help as I was really struggling with my mood. I would not want anyone else who may be reaching out for help to be given the same poor service I was provided. It would help reminding the staff on the phones that real people are on the other end of the line and sometimes being patient with us would go a long way

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the service and care you received during your recent contact with the surgery. This is not how we want any of our patients to feel. We would like to hear more about your experience and how we can prevent this from happening in the future. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery and ask for the practice manager who will be more than happy to discuss this further with you.

I've always felt listened too regarding my chronic pain. Any referrals I've needed have been done within 24 hours. All staff are approachable, friendly and always happy to help. Keep up the good work.

  3. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Andrew Dickson - Posted on 03 February 2023

I've had to go private for 2 years. Because I work in an explosive atmosphere I am not allowed my phone at work. This surgery will not let you book an appointment, they insist on calling you to see if you need a doctor. I have tried to go into the surgery after work but still not allowed an appointment. They have taken away my NHS services. I have a trapped nerve in my shoulders and suffering with pins and needles in my arms, so have been going to a private clinic for 2 years.

  4. Review titled Great practice

Rated 4 stars out of 5

All the staff from ringing up, face to face in reception, nurse and GP are amazing, friendly, patient and so tolerable I wouldn't leave this practice after more than thirty years. Yes there are some issues with other patients in the waiting area but they all do the best they can in a compassionate way.
