I have been unable to get appointments even when I finally get through. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and told me to keep phoning every morning and then also try again in the afternoon. I have tried this for a week without any joy! I want to change surgery but am unable to as you can only change if you have just moved. I have now got to wait six weeks to get a doctor to discuss my test results, etc. Absolute joke!

Saw a clinician not a GP about blood pressure issues was informed that it was a telephone consultation, was never informed of this when I called. The person then continued to be unprofessional and totally abhorrent and I had to interject on numerous occasions to be heard. Totally unacceptable.
