Been trying to get an appointment both over the phone and online for few days now but have been unsuccessful. The online booking is asking for an ID number for login which I don't have and could not get one for some reason. When I call the GP office at 0800 I will be put on hold for 15 minutes just to be told by the rude receptionist that there are no appointment left and to try again tomorrow then put the phone down. I have been experiencing this treatment for 4 days now. No wonder people just go to the hospital overcrowding our A&E because of useless GP services.

My dad has been taking co-codamo for many years as the hospital pain management department has decided to be this way. the doctor yesterday suddenly 30 min before GP closure signed his prescriptions and sent them to the pharmacy. no co-codamo because she decided to re-examine my dad to see his condition. i searched online and it says the side effect of cutting off co-codomol is Anxiety Agitation Sweating Nausea and vomiting Diarrhea Muscle aches Insomnia and its dangerous for an old person to cut off co-codomol this way. and when the hospital pain management team has decided the prescription then the GP can not change it. I'm so disappointed with this medical centre. every week we have had problems for the same prescription for many years. every Tuesday I have to worry because the doctor didn't sign my dad's prescription on time. and it could lead to missing my dad's medicine till the day after. and my dad should not miss his medicine as there are critical medicines in his prescription.
