    I would like to thank all the Doctors, Nurses, receptionist etc for all their professional care since I was first diagnosed with heart problem issues, they have all been fantastic since day one and I really can’t thank them enough. I would like to extend my thanks also to all the NHS Staff also at Broadgreen Hospital, in the Cardio Version team, echocardiogram staff, cardio rehabilitation and the Royal Liverpool echocardiogram staff. They really have all been unbelievable. Got back to playing football with my six year grandson again, nearly beat him. Thank you all,

    I contacted practice but I was late looking for a appointment,I was directed to pharmacy who gave me the medication I needed. Receptionist was very polite lovely personality and helpful.

    I started ringing at 08.00 and stopped at 09.07 ihad made 196 calls 67 of them I was but on hold then after two minutes I was cut off I don't know why they don't put you in a stacking system then you would know were you are I am sorry to say I am taking myself to the hospital there's doctors need to get their bums in to gear because it was a very good doctors

    After recieving txt messages to make a appointment for a flu jab . I ring the surgery every day for 10 days during my break at work a full hour every day and cannot get thru line always busy . What is the point in sending me a txt to get a flu jab . Yet i cannot make a appointment
