    I have been a patient since I was 7 years old, I’m now in my 40’s. All of my children are patients and still refuse to go elsewhere, now they are young adults themselves. When my children were tiny, it would be common for the older GP at the surgery to do night calls to check they were ok if full of flu and a high temp, nothing was ever too much trouble and this is still the case. These personal touches, you won’t find at other surgeries. During Covid-19 and post Covid-19 I never had any problems still obtaining an appointment. This is a surgery that becomes an extension of your own family and a real sense of care is shown to you and yours. Five star service and brilliant staff from the older generation doctor and new generation doctor through to reception. I would not go anywhere else.

    I have been at this surgery for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else without a fight. Nothing is too much trouble for Dr Naeem. He involves me in all decision making related to my care and he is a great listener. The practice is small with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All staff are very helpful and polite.
