    My most recent visit was with a hostile doctor this has put me off the practice. I thought I was going for my blood test result but this wasn't mentioned it would seem that your restrictions on what people write on a review means that people cannot get redress fo a bad experience.

    I took my daughter in for an appointment with a Nurse practitioner and was so impressed with her work ethic and patients. My daughter was a little unsettled but the nurse took her time to communicate with her and made the consultation a pleasant experience for her. The certificate and stickers were the cherry on the cake - thank you :-)

    Within a few minutes of calling Manea surgery, I had a call back from my GP. This practice go up and above every single day and provide the best possible service within the madness that is now the NHS. You all do an amazing job; always very grateful. Thank you

    Yesterday I did an online enquiry a little concerned how much my daughter was drinking. At 3.50pm the nurse rang to ask if I could take my daughter for a finger prick. I explained I was at work & my daughter was with her Nannie so could it be tomorrow? The nurse explained the Dr had requested an urgent finger prick and although she was full she would fit us in. We went straight there, was seen by the nurse who was great with my daughter and then was asked to wait for the doctor. They were checking for diabetes. Thankfully my daughter doesn’t have diabetes, but the way they looked after her and checked her over I was very grateful for. I couldn’t ask for a better service yesterday. Thank you!

    I have had excellent service on each occasion I have attended including the Dispensary. Staff at Doddington are always friendly and supportive. Being able to attend alternative surgeries is useful for me.

    The service is quick and easy. The Doctor phones you at the appointment date and time, and goes through the reasons for the appointment, with care and respect.

    Worst customer service ever experienced at Rainbow Surgery from a receptionist. Wasn’t rude but asked to speak to practice manager as I was unhappy and was told “I am telling you that I am leaving on Wednesday as I don’t get paid enough for this” Her attitude and lack of compassion was what I wanted to complain about. I sat in a queue for 55 mins to be told that. Patients are calling as they are I’ll not because we want to ring for a chat to pass the time of day. I understand NHS pressures as I work for them but would never ever deal with someone in this manner. Totally unhelpful.

I am sorry that you had to wait so long on the phone, we do provide an e-consult system now which you can access via our website. this can assist with all queries and non urgent appointment requests. I do apologise for the attitude of the receptionist. If we can be of any further assistance then please do contact the surgery directly.
