    I had a small problem with the prescription issued amount total. Rectified within minutes and a top up ready and waiting at the pharmacy. Extremely satisfied. 👍 thank you.

    As a full time employee, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment on a Saturday or Monday evening. It's great to finally see the service adapting to a patient centred service accommodating full time employees.

    Messaged me to make me an appointment but the times I would be on holidays,I messaged back with my dates .I was messaged back within a few minutes with alternative dates. This correspondence outweighs the telephone waiting times.keep it up. Receptionist always very friendly and helpful and discreet.

    I had reason to seek help yesterday and found the reception team who initially answered my call both informative and extremely helpful. They recommended I called back today which I did and again the whole process was friendly helpful and extremely informative. It saddens me that people have reason to criticise our over worked health care teams and I for one am extremely grateful they are there doing their very best to take care of us. Thank you

    Use the online communication to stop being another number in the queue. This works perfectly and I get the response to my healthcare needs quickly and efficiently. Leaving the lines free for those who need to use them more. Thank you for being there when needed.

    Despite the pressures the NHS is under, the surgery does its very best to get you seen and sorted. The callback system on the phone is really brilliant and the response time from admin to messages is fantastic. Always kind, understanding and helpful.

    This year had various issues going off. Always managed to get an appointment and advise when needed. Very helpful. This is definitely an improvement on previous years.

    From the moment I spoke to reception this morning a very speedy and thorough service. Appointment given the same day, seen by a lovely doctor who assessed, diagnosed and prescribed for my daughter. Prescription sent through to pharmacy. All done within 35 mins of arriving and leaving the surgery. Can’t fault the service.
