   wanted some medication applied online waited 2 weeks only to be told that it need doctors authority took 9 weeks to get a telephone appointment no time given. missed the call advised it will another 4 weeks. asked for a one to one - advised that its not possible then with out warning or a letter i was removed from the list amazing after waiting 38 min on the phone just to be declined
