Turned up early, so got in before appointment time. I was put at ease by the nurse, procedure was explained before hand and during. The nurse was polite and very quick.

I have been dealing with this issue for a while. I was asked to send pictures of my darkened toe nails which I did. It was never sent off to dermatology on both occasions as I was told it would be. The online referral was finally done in my presence and I hope it has been sent off

Unfortunately because it’s an ongoing problem and not new symptoms you can’t be seen on the day therefore the symptoms have usually by then symptoms have settled down again. However the doctor i saw was patient and friendly ,

Doctor pretty much on time which was nice. Listened well, didn't rush, very thorough and gave good practical advice. Didn't have to wait long for him to ask a female colleague to come into room as had to remove clothing for him to look at skin problem on my hip. Going through e-consult seems to get you a quicker appointment than ringing up.

Hendford Lodge is a great practice, very diligent staff, from the Doctors, Health Coach, Nurses and Reception Staff. It is one of the most reassuring surgeries I have ever attended. The staff make you feel you are not just a number, and that you are really important to them. The Doctor I saw last time talked to me and asked if I thought that a medication change would help my problem, and he said my medication would be changed the following week. I felt relaxed and relieved that my problem could be sorted out, he also reassured me that my Hospital results should be with him within two weeks. I left the surgery feeling calm and relaxed

I have been with Hendford lodge for many years and I have never experienced a problem. They have always gone above and beyond in the care of my family and myself. I have never had a problem getting a same day appointment for my children. They have always responded promptly. My most recent experience at my own appointment was fantastic. From sending me links to book a blood test to sending reminders. At my appointment, I felt listened to, my anxiety reduced and the Dr spent time talking to me about my options and not rushing me to make a decision. I hear so many complaints about other surgeries I feel very lucky to be a patient at Hendford

This was my first visit to this surgery, I have moved to Yeovil from North Nottinghamshire. I found things a little different to my previous doctors, but I found all the staff helpful and courteous.

I was able to see my own doctor (after 5 weeks of waiting) and she was very kind and supportive and also made a second appointment immediately to deal with other issues that need attention.

Despite the enormous pressures on the NHS, I have received timely and compassionate care during a difficult time. E-Consult was easy to use, and following triage, further appointments were easily booked online. When my symptoms escalated, I was seen on the same day following a telephone call to the practice. Staff from receptionists to nurses and GPs have all been helpful and caring throughout my consultations. Thank you
