I came for a blood test. Was seen promptly by a very pleasant lady who chatted very friendly to me.

I didn’t know what to expect in my appointment with the physio but she was very Interested in my condition sbd asked lots of questions without hurrying me. Hopefully we may have sorted the problem out.

Had an appointment booked with the nurse to change a post op dressing.I had actually been booked with a nurse who was unable to do post op dressings which i found frustrating as i had to get a taxi to and from the surgery and then was offered an appointment tge following day which again would be a taxi journey as i could not walk properly due to surgery on my foot. I understand the NHS is struggling but i was annoyed not only with the cost to get me to the surgery and back but the nurse at the surgery was unable to help.

Not a good experience of how my current issue has been dealt with. The decision to refer me on to a consultant could have been made 3 months ago.

The nurse and her assistant ( a student) gave me the covid and flu inoculation respectively. Both made me comfortable and I had no pain. The whole procedure was professional and speedy

My Surgery is sooo well run and organised. It is a pleasure to go there. They don't half look after me. Every visit is pleasant. Well except for today coz she stuck a needle in each arm! Ouch!

I had my Covid and Flu jabs this afternoon. The nurse explained clearly what was going to happen and gave me the two jabs very quickly and painlessly.
