Today I had a general health check-up appointment with the Devaney Centre’s practice nurse, and she was excellent, gaining my confidence because of her friendly way of professionally engaging with me as a patient, and her methodical and thorough questioning (and giving of advice following my own pressing questions) regarding all the necessary medical topics. She also offered me flu and pneumonia jabs, then measured my height and weight. All in all, an excellent and helpful professional service.

Receptionist arranged a call with Doctor with little notice. She dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond. Thank you !

I had an appointment with a new doctor who was really friendly and thorough. Often I have felt like they can fob you off however this experience was a complete contrast and much appreciated.

I had a rash, on my back. Pharmacist recommended to see my GP Receptionist at GP, responded very quickly, sent a link, I sent a photo of rash. Within I arrived home, and GP was on phone, and said the photos, looked like, I had Shingles, and sent mdication to my Pharmacy. Well done Devaney Medical Centre, for such a quick response. I am really grateful.

Nurse treatmt today excellent.offered me without asking blood pressure monitor which I had requested twice before at reception after request from G P to monitor pressure at home for 7 days. I was told they did not think I could have one and it was suggested I could buy one.

I have met with a junior doctor there who apparently you are not allowed name in reviews, three times over the last couple of months. Never in my history of being a patient in the NHS have I felt a doctor has been as attentive as she has. I’m so delighted I have met a doctor I feel so comfortable with and actively want to return to. Thank you for your kind, caring and extremely helpful manner and practice.

My appointments with the Practice nurse and my GP have been thorough and reassuring. Staff are so lovely and listen to what you tell them. Thank you for looking after me.
