Issues with intercommmunication between the teams happens. No one is infalliable. Whilst this was stressful to my experience in attending for interventions the staff teams were understanding and supportive throughout. They recognised the issues which needed addressing and the outcome of my visit was good. A team that listens and acts accordingly.

Despite being extremely busy and hard to initially get through to, the surgery were amazing. There were no appointments left but they still allowed me to bring my grandson down straight away. They did this twice as he was not getting better. Staff were all lovely, the GPs, nurse and receptionists couldn’t have been more caring and helpful. Brilliant, caring surgery.

I rang Derwent Surgery at 8.30am Wednesday. It was answered Immediately by a very helpful gentleman and was given an appointment the same morning. Brilliant. Excellent service.

The doctors, nurses and staff are almost all patient and helpful. It can be hard to get through on the phone sometimes, but that is the price we pay of an underfunded NHS at the moment. We have had two GPs (our first retired and we really miss him!) and both have been wonderful. Of course everyone has an off day, but having been a patient for 20 years now, I very much recommend the practice. Also the phlebotomists can actually get blood out of my tiny veins without puncturing me multiple times!🤩
