Today I saw the nurse for a smear test she greeted me in a warm and welcoming manner which relaxes me and puts me at ease. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I have been at this surgery for many years and my GP (who under policy I cannot name), has been fantastic throughout this time. Having visited my GP for a variety of reasons, I can honestly sat that he has always gone out of his way to help me. He has also signposted to the correct agencies when other specialist help or additional support is required. He has identified help that I wasn't aware I required and that has paid dividends for me. He explains stuff clearly and I feel very comfortable chatting with him. The NHS is under great strain at the moment and you often only hear bad news stories, but I have to say my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Thank you.

Shocking behaviour from the receptionist at this surgery. Rude answering the phone, condescending. And was unhelpful just be sure she can be. Ended up leaving my problem and seeking advice elsewhere.
