I have alot of health problem on going atm and the doctor was really helpful and receptionist was very kind and helpful also. Haven't had a gp surgery who seem to listen and take on bored what your saying to them before it's so good for my mental health to not have anxiety to speak to my gp or the staff there only been a registered member a short while but can't fault them. Thank you to derry medical center

I understand phones are busy but it's annoying I phone 578 times it rings no one answers it cuts of 5 times it rung today it cut of

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We have been trying to encourage all patients to register and book appointments online. We recognise that it can be difficult to get through the phones because everyone is trying to make an appointment around the same time. We have most of our appointments available to book online, typically within 24hour to 72 hours. You can book ahead for as long as 4 weeks. We are in the process of changing our phone system which will allow call queueing.

Got pregnant after being diagnosed with Adenomyosis(had to go private to get this diagnosis as it was impossible to see the GP) called the GP when I got pregnant to get an assessment of the pregnancy risk. He responded with a text. I eventually lost the pregnancy.
