Doctors are polite and caring. The doctor took his time to examine me, discuss what action to take and prescribe the right medication for me.

With recent changes to the appointment booking system the experience is much smoother and no longer frustrating. The triaging approach is much fairer. My experience of the appointment with the doctor was very positive. My issue was investigated thoroughly and I wasn't made to feel under a time limit. Thank you!

Attended an appointment with a physiotherapist today. Was our first time meeting. Ektoras explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. He has a great manner and very kind. I left feeling very positive. Thank you Ektoras.

K went above and beyond to help me get urgent medication to my mum, delivering it herself on her way home from work as the chemist could not deliver immediately. Thank you so much K for being so kind and helpful, i appreciated it so much. Sorry could not use your full name!

Although having to fill thr online form is tedious and is an issue for my elderly mum to fill in, I have usually been able to get an appointment or signposted to the GP hub. The GPs are always professional. It is difficult to get appointments on Mondays and Fridays which is understandable but maybe having more appointment slots on these days would help? The only other area for improvement woukd be follow up from test results especially if there is something to action on two occasions I have had to chase up treatment following abnormal test results. The GPs and reception staff work incredibly hard-Thank you

The GP was nice and very helpful, she did not rush to finish but was patient to listen to what I had to say and answered all of my various questions.

Booked in on the computer.I was seen by the nurse shortly after. I went for a diabetic review and was surprised when everything was done in one visit.
