I have been a patient with Deans Lane medical centre for over 12 years. At 72 years old I have a fair bit of experience with surgeries I also have a long term health problem - Athritus. When you walk in the door all the receptionists have a smile - that's a great start. They are attentive and listen and then they act whether it's an appointment or repeat prescription. The Doctors are brilliant really patient focussed my own particular one really makes time to get to know you he also gives you options and allows you to be part of the decision making process in your treatment. These are all really important things for me . A fantastic surgery that has been consistent in the delivery of healthcare over my 12 years. Alastair

I have used this doctors surgery for a number of issues now and have always been very impressed. Staff that answer the phones are always friendly, polite and get you to the right place asap. Dr's have always been brilliant with the advice given. I have never had any issues getting an appointment or a call back. On one occasion I had just hung up from the receptionist and the Dr was calling me straightaway.
