I've tried over 300 times to make an appointment from when the surgery opened at 8:30am. Line busy on every occasion. An absolute ridiculous system in place for booking appointments.

The practice has stated it’s phone lines are open from 8:30am but from 8:30 till 10am they put the phone line busy & when they answer the call as usual theirs no appointments it’s the same story everyday & when they offer a doctor call back they don’t call back this surgery is rubbish Whats the point of a gp surgery when the center don’t even answer phone calls.

Every time I phone it's engaged and if I do manage to get through all the doctors call backs have been taken, disgusting service.
