Had trainee doctor today, she was lovely and had a lot of time for me, when her supervisor/trained doctor came in he seemed very patronising when asking me what I expected and what I thought was the problem (if I knew that I wouldn’t have been there.) After he left (he didn’t say goodbye) the trainee doctor could see I was very anxious. I was previously nervous about coming in today as I am only 16 and have never came into the GP on my own. She was very helpful in explaining the next steps and she was very comforting. I feel it’s necessary to add that due to the doctor being very patronising I did cry at the end. However the trainee really was lovely.

Terrible Surgery. Cant get an appointment & receptionists don't seem to care when you call. Pointless being registered there. They are more interested in getting you jabbed for covid & taking part in random non relevant questionnaires & studies....pointless Not surprising A&E is busy... Will be moving surgery....

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the our service. I can assure you our Reception Team always aim to be caring and helpful and always offer a telephone assessment call for all urgent patient concerns. Admin staff are Always so helpful and always help with advice and appointments. Dr’s and Nurses have always been very thorough, highly recommend this practice.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff who I spoke to yesterday. I brought my daughter in. Reception staff were amazing, polite and accommodating right down to finding me a plastic cup to enable my daughter to provide a sample. The doctor was so very thorough. It was such a busy day for the surgery but I cannot fault your help and kindness.

Unable to get an appointment and told to go online over the telephone for a system that doesn't work. They don't see patients, was informed they only do telephone calls which is not suitable in this instance. You have to call for an urgent appointment at 8am, but you can never get through then either. Frankly putting patients at risk and providing a very poor service. Might as well just go to hospital instead as this place is not suitable for purpose. Only wants you to go there for paid cosmetic procedures, not actual health care.
