It took several weeks to get an appointment with this particular doctor ,but it was worth it. He listens to what you have to say and always takes the appropriate action.

Today was my first visit to this Surgery. I used the on-line consultation last night to detail my reasons for wishing to see a Doctor. I was very pleased to get an appointment today which I must to give huge credit and thanks to the Practice. I was welcomed very pleasantly at reception and I was seen within 10mins of arriving. The Doctor who saw me was extremely professional, as was the lady who took my bloods. My whole experience there was outstanding. The surgery is a credit to the NHS and Staffordshire and I just wanted to commend it and the staff. You have my greatest appreciation.

After having routine blood tests taken as a hospital outpatient, the surgery quickly acted on the results ensuring that I had the treatment I needed on the same day. The reception team and ANP were kind and compassionate, taking the time to chat with me about any concerns and making a follow up plan. I felt safe and listened to and was very grateful for the care I received.

My husband was told he had atrial fibulation. The seriousness of this was carefully and thoroughly assessed by the practice team. The outcome of the investigations was simply explained, and all questions were clearly answered.

Arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately called through to see the medical practitioner. Blood taken for tests with no effort, very professional and friendly service. Thank you!

Everyone at Cumberland House are happy to help and they always put the patients first. You always get a really happy receptionist when you first walk in with a warm and welcoming smile.

I recently changed practices,due to being unhappy,it was the right decision. GP that I saw was efficient and compassionate. She listened to everything that I said and took me very seriously and didn’t dismiss me in any way. She kept asking if I had any questions, which is refreshing. It was nice to be treated like a human being,not just another ‘patient’.
