I attended the surgery for a routine blood test but was also concerned about something on my back which was potentially cancerous. The student nurse who took my blood advised me to make an appointment with a doctor . The receptionist could not have been more helpful she sent me a link to upload a photo of my concern, the GP rang me straight away and I was invited in for an appointment within 30 minutes seeing him put my mind at rest that I need not be concerned about this. I cannot praise highly enough how friendly supportive and efficient I found all of the staff thank you Culverhay Berkeley

Asked for a repeat prescription as I had run out and was able to pick it up the next day. When I picked up the prescription the receptionist was incredibly helpful and supportive with further queries. Well done to the new team at Frampton Surgery.

I just wanted to say thank you to the nurse who saw me today. All the nurses I've ever seen at Culverhay have been amazing, but I would just like to pass on my particular thanks for the care and kindness shown to me by this nurse. We're so lucky to have the NHS and nurses like the one I saw today are a shining example of their profession in every way. I am happy to disclose the name of the nurse I saw privately if the surgery would like to contact me and would be grateful if this nurse could be recognised. Thank you.

It deeply saddens me that in this day and age, this surgery doesn’t have anyone qualified to help those with psychological problems. A mental health team should be at every practice. Or at very least, one qualified mental health nurse.

Review titled Friendly & helpful reception staff

I haven’t had to see the doctor since registering but have spoken with the reception staff on a couple of occasions concerning myself and my children. They are fantastic, so friendly and helpful and genuinely seem to care and want to help. It’s so refreshing!

I phoned the doctors to request to speak to a member of the team about reviewing my medication (HRT). The receptionist picked up that I wasn’t in a great place. She arranged for a phone consultation with a GP for the same day. The GP listened and was very compassionate. Both staff members took time to actively listen. I didn’t feel rushed in fact very supported. My medication was reviewed and action plan was put in place. Thank you to both members of the team for acting so swiftly and for listening.

Just been in for my cervical screening. the nurse I saw was amazing. She had a brilliant bedside manner, very calm and reassuring which put me completely at ease. Explained everything so well. Thank you for making it a positive experience.
