I went to the Menopause clinic it was really well organised and very interesting.A problem was picked up on my chat with dr after clinic .I hadn’t even got home and hospital were ringing me to book me in for scan .My problem was sorted so quick with Dr ringing me and getting plans in place to help the process go smooth . The receptionists are always so helpful and get you in a the drop of a hat . My elderly mum is treated as a priority and when I ring there is no question we are in that day . Her meds are always ready and her regular blood tests are organised by doctor and prescription ready on results .We as a whole family couldn’t wish for a better service including my children and husband . I highly recommend this practice .

I spoke with Dimple on a few occasions and she was always very professional and caring. I felt like I was listened to and understood and never once rushed. It was a very good experience and arguably the best I have had when speaking with a healthcare professional
