I moved to this Gp surgery some years ago and i cannot praise the Doctors, Nurses and office staff enough for the excellent service they give. Throughout the Covid pandemic i was able to speak to my GP and even visit on a Doctors appointment. The Office staff will accommodate you at all levels and are the backbone of this surgery. I hear people saying you cannot get an appointment with a GP but i have not found this at Crown St Surgery. You can book online for that days appointment as the daily appointment are put online at 6.40am, you can then ring the surgery at 8am each day or look online for future appointments to book. Would highly reccommend this surgery for your healthcare.

The surgery stuff and doctors are extremely professional, emphatic and caring. Unfortunately for my disability I have to visit quite often and I always been offered appointments with the most care and kindness. Even known how overloaded they are as a patient you wouldn’t notice. They are very apologetic if there any delays. I am highly satisfied by the care I get from this practice and I thank their hard work sincerely!
