I’ve been unwell for 5 weeks now, been to the GP 4 times, with no help what so ever just signed off work and dismissed. I’ve rang everyday this week to get another appointment at 8am like we’re told and everyday, all appointments were gone by the time I got through despite there only ever being 4 or 5 people in the queue. I actually got through today and the receptionist said ‘let me see what appointments we have’ and then cut me off, obviously I tried to call back but I was number 10 in the queue, no chance of getting that appointment I’d rang for, so once again I will have to try again. 2 of the 4 times I went I used the ‘walk in clinic’ and was waiting 3 hours to seen, no wonder people are going to A&e unnecessarily, seems If the problem isn’t obvious to the doctors they don’t care and won’t do any investigating.

Yet again, the doctor did not introduce themselves. People go to the doctor when they feel unwell, and are often nervous and are disclosing intimate details. This is much harder when you don't even know the name of the person you are speaking to - it makes it an even more unbalanced power relationship. The NHS campaign "My name is" has been running for 6 years - but it doesn't seem to have reached this practice. Before the practice was taken over the previous doctor actually got out of his chair, introduced himself and shook hands on the first appointment.

This surgery needs closing down asap. Looks derelict from the outside and no appointments ever available. Staff speak to you like you are stupid.

Very professional service and treatment, very polite, welcoming and go the extra mile for their clients. Can't rate this GP surgery high enough, thank you.
