I been with this surgery for years but for last year place become worse day by day firstly receptionists are they worse rude unhelpful don’t know why they are still working there plus is Shame this surgery let doctor sawacha to go she was most happy friendly helpful doctor she is always smiling what big lost to this surgery I have been seen with new gp last week I wasing happy at all I have called today to ask reception to ask gp to resend my correct prescription back to the pharmacy as gp me give me wrong prescription I been told by you lovely and friendly reception I have to send email or cal back tomorrow what nonsense is this Instead of helping they making things worse for you surgery As you can see from all reviews are very bad no patient r happy with surgery what shame it was pleasure to come to u surgery but now is not

Contacted the GP for urgent case which was referred by two hospitals Royal free & Finchley Memorial to see the doctor urgently. Nothing provided. Receptionist were extremely rude, did not give any appointments. This GP is extremely unprofessional, very rude, Dishonest, Useless waste of everything.

We are not aware on any circumstances where patients are not offered an appointment or directed to an appropriate alternative service and are unable to investigate what has happened in your specific case based on the information provided. The GP is supposed to help the people around their area with the best health support! But, they always say to visit other emergency departments as they cannot give you the opportunity to see the doctor!

On occasion we may need to direct patients to a walk in centre or our extended access provision if we are facing higher than usual demand however this should not normally be the case. If you find this is an ongoing problem then please can you email cricklewood.healthcentre@nhs.co.uk so that our complaints manager can investigate this.

After recently moving to London I was concerned about the quality of care in such a busy area. I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The doctor was friendly, helpful and really made an effort to get what was required done there and then. Thank you so much!

My recent experience with this GP surgery has unfortunately been tarnished by the service of the reception staff. On 14 July 2023, I called to find out how to make a request for a repeat prescription. The receptionist was rude and patronising and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I sent an email about the request, as she had instructed but received no response or acknowledgement. I called again on 18 July 2023 to follow-up and was met with yet another rude response from another receptionist and was told abruptly to just call the pharmacy. I appreciate the staff are busy but there is no need to speak to patients this way when they are simply asking for guidance. It would also be helpful to actually acknowledge emails to save patients having to follow-up.

Professional and excellent DRs as well as the staff very kind and welcoming the dr do there best to provide help needed I have tried other gp not good as this gp simply they are excellent providers.

This gp was very good when work was dr sawacha eb. She is very good doctor im going only for dr sawacha. Naw she left is very bad for lots of presents. My request please bring back dr sawacha & reception pepol very roots can you change please
