Sent e-consult form about 12:30 pm. Receptionist phoned within an hour. After a short conversation I was given an appointment to see the on call doctor at 3pm. My problem was dealt with efficiently and carefully.

It did take 25 minutes to even join the queue to speak with a receptionist on this occasion. When I got through, they were polite and helpful booking a same day appointment for my son. The locum GP was very thorough in his review of my Son’s symptoms and discussion and I was very pleased with the appointment.

We had a visit regarding our son’s ezcema flaring up. Our son is autistic and Dr was so patient and calm with him. Spoke about our concerns and his response was very well articulated to us and we left feeling well cared for.

I have recently moved to this GP following a house move. I was able to book a same day face-to-face appointment over the phone on both a Friday and the following Monday with the same doctor. Both times I didn't have to wait long to get through to reception and received friendly and helpful service from them. The doctor was helpful, took time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed during the appointments whatsoever. This was a refreshing change from the care I received at my previous GP. Thank you.

I needed an urgent afternoon appointment. I rang and was offered an appointment 90 minutes later, was seen & happy with outcome. This was on the 2nd working day after the long Bank Holiday weekend. All staff were pleasant and I cannot fault this experience.

I rang at 8.45am and was given triaged 10.45am face to face appointment the same morning. I saw the doctor promptly, a little before the appointment time. A thorough discussion and examination followed and the appropriate prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. The pills were dispensed as soon as I arrived at the pharmacy. Worry and discomfort were relieved straight away, what more could one want.

One of the receptionist was a little cold but the other one made up for it. Doctor was fabulous . It was a hard appointment for me to open up but Dr gave me time and seemed genuinely interested in my welfare. He followed up with valuable information to support me

I have had an ongoing issue and this is the third time pain/discomfort has caused me to request medical attention. I telephoned late morning when the pain was at its worst, I was given an afternoon appointment close to my home. The doctor I saw was approachable, caring, very thorough and in my opinion took the right action in my case. All of which was conveyed in a thorough and understandable way to me. Excellent experience all round.

Helpful staff and trouble free appointment booking....doctor very clear and reassuring.The surgery is well laid out and reception staff friendly..
