Feel must review Cranes Road Park Surgery after seeing news about GP’s not picking up on needing B12 Dr at this surgery is excellent after explaining how poorly I felt did tests now on B12/folic Acid and also found Pernicious Anemia there was no hesitation in sorting me out straight on my case thank you whilst sending this review would like to mention how good the staff are putting patient at ease and listening to them even though they are busy couldn’t wish for better support from Drs and Staff feel lucky being with this surgery confident they have mine and husbands care with them and always get an appointment

My husband and I are treated well by our Doctor very efficiently, blood tests, inoculations, blood pressure, ECG Etc. The doctor always keeps a close eye on my various health issues. Under current constraints with the NHS our service is first class

Managed to get an appointment the same day I phoned and the appointment went ahead on time. Always a warm welcome from the doctor who is well aware of my medical condition and shows genuine concern and gives good sound practical advice and I am more than happy with this practice

I was able to obtain a same day appointment with my GP who conducted a thorough examination and listened to me carefully. The doctor made a prompt referral for tests and as a result I was seen quickly at a local hospital. I was able to then obtain a speedy follow up appointment with the GP to discuss next steps. All round a positive experience with everything explained clearly and concisely and I felt I had been treated promptly and with a good level of patient care.

I have nothing but praise and respect for this doctors practice. I telephoned for an appointment and the call was answered without delay. My appointment was made for the same day and I was seen by the doctor at the appointment time. My issue was dealt with professionally and all my concerns and questions answered. The service given from reception through to doctor is exceptional. Thank you.

Dr really listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with a quick appointment and diagnosis my problem by liaising quickly and efficiently with specialist service. Dr then gave me feedback in a timely manner

Phoned for an appointment today had to wait 9 minutes before call was answered, reception apologize for keeping waiting And then booked me an appointment. Staff was helpful with NHS app

I had an early appointment for an injection with the doctor on Monday morning. I was early, before 9am, and was surprised to see the practice open, fully staffed and people already in the waiting room. I received a warm welcome included being addressed by name and was invited to sit in the waiting room. Before I had even sat down I was called through to see the doctor. Again a warm and friendly greeting before I sat down. The injection was ready and I could have been in and out before my actual appointment time. However I did want to discuss my current medication which the doctor was happy to do. She listened carefully to what I had to say and offered choices with an explanation to each. Once we had agreed on the change a new prescription was put through which was at my pharmacy when I got there an hour later. A first class visit to a first class surgery

Wonderful caring helpful Drs and staff can’t fault them in every way all go above and beyond what needs to be done explains everything in a way that is understood we speaking not just for this visit but for every time we have had to visit the surgery Thank you to Drs and staff you are appreciated
