We recently moved to Cradley and I wanted to write and say what brilliant care we have received already, we can certainly see why the surgery is rated number 1 in Herefordshire! The receptionists are so polite and professional every time I've rang they have been helpful and listened well. We have had no difficulty being seen if needed - 2 example, my son woke feeling unwell saying the lights were hurting his eyes and didn't seem right and within an hour after ringing we had had an appointment and review. I also have just had a baby and c section and the hospital didn't give me adequate pain relief for home and at almost 5pm on a Friday I rang and they helped sort me out before the weekend which was amazing! Thank you so very much we are grateful and feel safe living in the catchment of such excellent care.
