I cannot praise this surgery so highly.After an examination for a potential Prostate problem in November 2023, I was fast tracked in the 14 day pathway and had a blood test and MRI scan, this was followed up with a a biopsy of the prostate in February 2024, I subsequently received the all clear a few days ago. Any health issues I have had over the last couple of years have been dealt with very efficiently and with so much care by everyone in the surgery,even making contact by telephone.I find the NHS app, fully updated with my records and obtaining my medication so easy to request.Keep up the excellent work, Coventry Road Practice.

Been in 3-4 times now and the experience is the best I have had through the 4 practices I have experienced in the local area. Today I got an urgent appointment and was in an hour after I called. The receptionists were extremely nice and welcoming. I wait little over 10 minutes before seeing the Doctor (in the past I have also seen Advanced Nurse Practitioners who were also great). They listened through the history without interrupting other than for clarification, then explained the checks they were doing and why. Then explained their diagnosis while backing it up with what they saw. Then proceeded to also explain exactly why they were prescribing me the medication. Additionally all the notes and prescriptions where put on the NHS app immediately. Which as someone who is very digital first is highly valuable. I would say this practice is doing everything right and hands down are the best practice in the area!

Practice always answers the phone promptly Doctors always spend time with the patient, and you never feel rushed Reception staff always helpful

I rang the Practice on Tuesday 14th to request an appointment and almost immediately was speaking to a very courteous receptionist, I was given an appointment for 12.00pm on the same day.Yes same day I was given a thorough examination for my issue, and also put on the three week gateway for further investigations. This is only my third visit to the Practice, and I am very impressed, the NHS App I use to check my medical history and prescriptions etc was updated with my visit within a few hours. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!! ( I even got a call at home later from the Doctor I saw, with some info he had forgotten to give me).

I was able to secure a same day appointment, the GP was so patient and caring. Explained conditions and treatment and arranged follow up appointment. I have forgotten the name of the doctor, but will not forget her kind and compassionate manner.

I attended for my review appointment today. The GP reviewing took time to explain my review, current treatment and treatment options. I was able to discuss other health issues with the GP during the appointment and time was afforded to discuss these and to discuss a range of available treatment options. I felt that no questions were silly and was able to fully confide with the GP, this was due to her openness and patience, she demonstrated a very caring and compassionate approach.

Recently registered and astonished how caring this surgery is compared to my old one.They actually care and follow up any problems encountered and resolve in a timely manner.Excellent patient care appears evident in the short time i have been registered here.Nothing is too much of a problem.Reception staff are pleasant to deal with and converse in a pleasant and caring way.What a refreshing change to be treated like a normal human being !

One of the best GP's I've ever been under for my whole family. Even through the covid19 they always managed to fit us in and we have no issues getting appointments. All the gp's, old and new are very caring and have lots of time for you. So good with children too.
