    After waiting for over 8 hours for a call back on 111 after phoning because I was passing a substancial amount of blood, being talked over, then missdiagnosed, then told antibiotics were the answer without any interest of the cause of my blood loss over the phone by a doctor who didn't appear to be interested, the following day I and day staff on 111 contacted my gp at jubilee health centre as I was still passing blood, even tho the practice was fully booked they squeezed me in as an emergency, due to their quick actions and obvious patent care I was reffered for scans / tests which resulted in a diagnosis of stage 2 / 3 bladder cancer, I have since had 2 lots of surgery and am waiting for bcg treatment with a good chance of recovery, If it wasn't for the diligence of the practice I would have taken antibiotics and wouldn't have known about my cancer until it was untreatable with obvious results, Yet again I cannot praise the practice enough

    I feel really supported by all the staff and I am impressed with how on the ball they are I would definitely recommend

    They need to give ethical n sympathatic training to their receptionist ...these are so rude ..i sm.now gona change surgery after 2 years ..its hard to convince them..theh act loke.doctors ....fedup from this surgery ...dnt know how to talk and behave towards patients on call.or in person .......
