  1. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This surgery is fantastic I've recently received a cancer diagnosis thanks to the Dr recognising symptoms and sending me for a test. After this I needed to cancel a holiday and the Dr and the reception staff have been great at getting my medical forms signed off in order for me to sort out the holiday insurance. Thank you all very much for your time you've all been great and I've got my money back - all good. Chemo starts soon so fingers crossed.

  2. Review titled Outstanding service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I contacted the practice via consult. I very quickly received a phone call offering me an appointment within the next hour. I was seen on time and examined by the nurse practitioner who was very reassuring. As I was due to go on holiday the next day she asked a doctor to come and see me as well. Both were very caring and professional and I left feeling happier about going abroad. Excellent service at a time when the NHS is extremely busy. Very much appreciated.

  3. Review titled Communication procedure

When an appointment is changed please ensure that the patient concerned is notified. I have carers to support my husband. We waited for a planned home visit at lunchtime but no one arrived. My phone call established that both the time and the type of appointment had been changed without knowledge or consent. This is totally unacceptable and assumes that the patient and family have no say whatsoever in the arrangements.

  4. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I'm away in Wales for a few days when I discovered I had forgotten my asthma inhaler. I contacted the surgery both the receptionist & prescription team were extremely helpful in trying to get a prescription sent to the Welsh pharmacy. Unfortunately the Welsh pharmacy were very reluctant to help me. However, the pharmacist finally agreed to issue a new inhaler when I was able to show him my repeat prescription on the NHS website. Why they didn't suggest that in the first place I don't know. I would like to thank the Courtside staff for an excellent service.

  5. Review titled Impossible to send information in

Rated 3 stars out of 5

All I wanted to do was send in my blood pressure readings on a Saturday when I finished them after 7 days. Just wanted to be able to email them. This is apparently impossible at Courtside so looks like I have to drive there or post the form. Just does not make any sense!
